Ben started life in the business more by accident by joining colleagues at the International London Boat Show many years ago to help the dealer at the time fill in for staff. Ben´s natural affinity with the product was apparent from day one and within 2 hours of the first day had put together a new owner and his 68ft Fairline Squadron Yacht. Since then, he has gone on to proudly supply an impressive portfolio of boats to clients over the years growing a healthy customer base and good relationships across the board. Engineer and Sea School Instructor: Neil Glover
Neil, like Ben, has been in the boat business as far as he can remember and his experience has helped him grow into a very thorough engineer and now after extensive training we are proud to say he is now a fully qualified RYA instructor. Neil´s talents stretch from strong engineering skills and diagnoses right up to teaching a newbie from no idea to full on skipper in a matter of days. Neil is a strong member or the RnB Marine team and when not fixing your boat or teaching you how to be a skipper, he is often found surfing or wake boarding!!

Office Manager: Carina Lago Gonzalez
Carina manages the office and more importantly keeps the rest of the team in check. Once you have your boat with RnB Marine, she will always be there to give you updates on how your boat is, when it is next due for a service, annual maintenance or even just a clean.

Service Engineer: David Weir
David, aka Dave, is the newest member of RnB marine and is a fully qualified marine engineer. Dave has many years of experience in the boating industry which has helped him to become a very competent engineer with strong mechanical and electrical knowledge. Dave has spent the last two years in Spain working as a service engineer. Dave's passion outside work is rugby and he supports Leeds.
